Celestial bookmarks
Celestial designs are the one category where translucent acrylic genuinely beats paper, because the whole subject is light.
Blood Moon - Crimson Rise Bookmark
A blood moon over a dark horizon. For anything with a prophecy in it.
Astronaut Reading Bookmark
An astronaut reading in orbit. The science fiction pick that is not a spaceship.
Full Moon Forest Path Bookmark
Full moon over a green wood. The calmest thing in this list.

Moon Phases Surrounded Bookmark - Celestial…$8.99 on EtsyWhy light-based art suits this format
Hold a moon phase design up to a window and the phases actually glow. No printed card can do that. It is the one case where the suncatcher side of these bookmarks is not a gimmick bolted onto a page marker but the point of the object.
What it pairs with
Romantasy, witchy fiction and anything with a lunar calendar in it take the moon phase designs. Science fiction takes the galaxy and orbit designs. Literary fiction, oddly, takes these better than almost any other theme, because they carry no genre signal.
Most of what is on this page comes from one shop, the rest of the catalogue, which is where we ended up after a few years of buying these.
